Geotherm pipe is a revolutionary product of FEROR PLASTICS and it has been installed to many areas of Greece as well as to abroad . It is produced with a high spec material for even better installations for greenhouse heating such as green vegetable and fruits , flowers plants , special plantation , chicken and pig farms . Geotherm piping system is the most propriate for the better utilization of geothermy.

Geotherm corrugated profile is similar to the head convector type ‘’ Radiator ‘’ and has almost twice thermal efficiency as the straight PE pipe of same diameter. For this season can be used as a unit of total heating system to greenhouse having an additional saving to initial installation because a lesser length of pipes is required as well as lesser installation time .
Geotherm pipes are used usually for an inlet water temperature of 50-55 C°.
The some pipe can be used for temperature up to 80 C°.

The GEOTHERM pipe is produced for a nominal working pleasure of 2,5 atm . The spiral profile of pipe allows the bending to small radius of curvature without and problem . In contrast with the other heating systems ( air blowers , heaters , etc ) GEOTHERM is placed on top of ground next to the plant and its roots . With this way heat goes exactly where it is needed and is not wasted at the top part of the green house.
